Service Engineer

Responsibilities :
  • Provide field operations support to customers in accordance to with the terms of the customer contract and AMC.
  • Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and servicing of workshop equipments, enable hardware and software at Customers’ premises to the highest standards.
  • Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
  • Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
  • Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
  • Responsible in setting up new machines and installation at Customers’ premises.
  • Updation of CRM on daily basis.
  • Train the customer in the machine operations.
  • Travelling as per the requirement and emergency.

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electronics with computer hardware & software.
  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. Fresh graduates with keen interest will be considered as training is provided.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to travel.
